1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one (1) active bet24x account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using alternative contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on bet24x are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied to transactions made in Philippine Pesos.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bet24x may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. • Bonuses may not be transferred between players and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been met.
• bet24x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

In the event of any technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game session, bets are governed by the game provider's error management policy. bet24x shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions outside the Company's reasonable control.

11. Suspension & Termination

bet24x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is detected or suspected.
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to bet24x.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, bet24x reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including winnings derived from wagers placed in violation of these Terms. Where account closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required compliance review.
